Still, I need to think of how to get rid of my 1L cooking cream... Also, since I still have one package of mushroom which was intended to be used in the veggie pizza, I thought I'll just try out the cream of mushroom soup recipe. The original recipe didn't quite satisfy me, so I added some diced cheese to add more flavor to it. Maybe adding garlic or celery could enhance the taste too. This recipe is from AllRecipes.com. (Okay, I just realized that I made a cooking post, my opening paragraph would be in English, but my recipe is in Bahasa, teuing).
Bahan-bahan (2 servings):
- 20 gr bawang bombay cincang
- 15 gr mentega
- 145 gr jamur kancing
- 25 gr tepung
- 300 ml kaldu ayam
- 120 ml cooking cream
- Garam secukupnya
- Merica secukupnya
- (30 gr keju)*
- (broccoli, sweet corn)*
Cara membuat:
- Tumis mentega dan bawang bombay hingga harum. Kemudian masukkan jamur kancing.
- Campurkan tepung dengan kaldu ayam hingga menyatu. Tuang ke dalam tumisan jamur.
- Masak hingga mendidih dan mengental. Lalu, masukkan cooking cream, garam, dan lada (dan sayuran, jika menggunakan). Didihkan kembali selama 15 menit sambil diaduk.
- (tambahan) Masukkan keju parut dan masak di atas api kecil.
