Vegetable pizza

On Monday, I made a vegetable pizza for my vegetable-intake snack. There was a bag of leftover spaghetti sauce also, so I don't have to buy a jar of pre-made spaghetti sauce for the spread. I searched for the crust recipe on AllRecipes.com. I actually found several pizza crust recipes. This one is also considered to be the best one. So, I took a shot trying this recipe.


 



 


Bahan-bahan (1 large pizza):




  • 7 gr ragi

  • 4 gr gula

  • 235 ml air hangat (45 derajat C)

  • 340 gr tepung

  • 30 ml minyak sayur

  • 6 gr garam


Cara membuat:




  1. Campur ragi dan gula ke dalam air hangat. Biarkan hingga berbusa sekitar 10 menit.

  2. Masukkan tepung, garam, dan minyak. Uleni hingga kalis. Biarkan selama 5 menit.

  3. Giling adonan hingga tipis dan bentuk menjadi lingkaran. Pindahkan ke loyang dan tambahkan saus dan topping sesuai selera. Masukkan ke dalam oven selama 15-20 menit dengan suhu 230 derajat C yang sudah dipanaskan sebelumnya.


*Baru sadar, kenapa tiba-tiba posting berubah menjadi Bahasa Indonesia. At first I wasn't quite satisfied with the recipe because the texture didn't turn out like I wanted, but actually I was the one who made mistake in the process. I didn't mix the yeast and the sugar together! (dan baru sadar barusaaann banget pas nulis post ini!!) Instead, I mixed the sugar with the flour and the oil. No wonder the yeast didn't turn out creamy. Okay, so it's a complete failure in the yeasting process. But still, I want to try other crust recipes though, the one which involved resting the dough with cloth for 30 mins. And, another huge mistake that I made on this pizza is that I didn't roll the dough thin enough. So, at the end, I got a thick bread pizza.


Inspite of my bad review above, this recipe is a truly reccommended one because it won about 800-something rating with the average of 4.5/5.0.
